At Zeolla Construction, we’re proud to offer a new specialized service for homeowners looking to transform their backyards: full concrete and gunite pool demolition followed by the creation of a custom, one-of-a-kind concrete patio. If your old pool is no longer being used, has become a maintenance headache, or just doesn’t fit your lifestyle anymore, we’re here to help you reimagine your space.

Our experienced team starts by safely and efficiently demolishing your existing concrete or gunite pool, ensuring the area is cleared and prepared for its next chapter. We handle everything from debris removal to grading and site prep, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Once the pool is removed, we work with you to design a backyard patio that fits your vision—whether you want a sleek and modern lounge area, a rustic outdoor dining space, or a creative layout with decorative concrete finishes. We offer stamped, stained, exposed aggregate, and custom finishes to match your home’s style and your family’s needs.

This service is perfect for homeowners who want to reclaim their backyard and turn unused space into something beautiful, low-maintenance, and functional. At Zeolla Construction, we believe in creating outdoor spaces that bring people together. Let us help you turn your old pool into your favorite new hangout spot.
